DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
At Ranisatiya Creation, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the details of our Delivery & Shipping Policy:
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders except pre-book items are processed within 2 to 4 working days after receiving the order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Pre-book items or bulk orders may require additional processing time, and the same will be communicated to you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
- We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Estimated delivery time for domestic orders (within India) is 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location.
- Delivery time to remote or rural areas may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available for prepaid orders above a certain amount (as per website updates).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or orders below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will apply, which will be visible at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to track your order in real time.
- You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on www.ranisatiyacreation.com under the Tracking section.
5. Address & Contact Details
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct and complete.
- Ranisatiya Creation will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you wish to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of placing the order.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability, wrong address, or contact issues, the order will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges will apply if you request reshipment after a failed delivery.
7. Inspection at Delivery
- We strongly advise you to check the parcel condition before accepting delivery.
- If the package is found open, damaged, or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- Once the parcel is accepted, it will be considered as delivered in good condition.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities.
- We will inform you of any major delays and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
9. Bulk or Customized Orders
- For bulk orders or customized products (like Marwari Chunri or Piliya for weddings and events), shipping timelines will be communicated separately.
- Express shipping for bulk orders can be arranged upon request (additional charges may apply).
10. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
- Orders will be dispatched through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Trackon, Tirupati, etc.
- If you specifically prefer your order to be shipped through Indian Post, we can arrange the same upon request. However, please note that Ranisatiya Creation will not be responsible for any delays, damage, or inconvenience caused during transit through Indian Post.
