RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
At Ranisatiya Creation, we take pride in offering high-quality products, handcrafted by skilled artisans who understand the essence of fashion trends and traditions. We are committed to ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Once a product is delivered, all returns and exchanges will be governed by the following Terms of Use along with the detailed policies mentioned below.
We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, especially if the product has any defect or if you receive the wrong item, we are happy to initiate an exchange.
1. Exchange & Return Process
Ranisatiya Creation offers a simple Return & Exchange Policy. You can request an exchange only in cases where the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
- The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- To process any exchange or refund, you are required to make a 360-degree unboxing video of the product at the time of opening the parcel. This video and photo proof are mandatory to process any claims.
Please Note:
- No return requests will be accepted due to personal dislike of the product.
- Ranisatiya Creation is not responsible for any damage or stains caused during transit. We strongly recommend inspecting the parcel before accepting delivery. If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery.
2. Terms & Conditions FOR Exchange & Return
Exchanges will be granted only in the following cases:
- Genuine quality issues
- Packages lost in transit
- If a wrong item has been delivered to you
No Exchanges will be done in the following cases:
- Design and colour variations
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition
- Minor imperfections like uneven stitching or dyeing (including small thread holes) in Bandhani duppatta (which are natural characteristics of handcrafted items)
Please Note:
- The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end.
- Exchanged product will be dispatched after we have received the product and recently verified it.
3. Exchange & Return Process
You are requested to login to your user account on www.ranisatiyacreation.com and place an exchange request from “My Orders” section.
We will initiate a return pick up once your request is received. The product should be properly wrapped, and you must ensure that the product is unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact.
Return Pick-up facility for exchange is available in selected locations, depending on the courier services in the said location. If you choose to schedule a pick-up –
- Properly wrap the product in a packet
- Do not seal the packet
- Keep the packet ready and open, to quicken the pickup process
Our staff will initially verify the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.
If the return pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-return the product to us by courier. Please mention the Order ID and Return ID of the returned product on the package.

For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs (maximum amount reimbursable is of Rs. 150 per order). You must share a scanned copy of courier bill/receipt with us at clientservice@ranisatiyacreation.com
The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:
- It should contain the weight of the returned product
- Origin (residential/office) address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned
- The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written
- The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not go past the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company
This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end. After the product is verified, we will process the Exchange request.

4. Cancellation & Refund
We strive to keep all products available on our website. However, if any item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will inform you within 2 working days from the date of purchase. In such cases, we will issue a coupon of the same value, which can be used for future purchases.
5. Product Disclaimer
Embroidery & Colour:
While we ensure the highest product quality, please note that due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the embroidery work or prevention of colour bleeding in garments, Minor imperfections like uneven stitching or dyeing (including small thread holes) in Bandhani duppatta (which are natural characteristics of handcrafted items)
Sizing:
- Slight size variations may occur due to fabric nature.
Colour Display:
We try to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, the actual colour may vary slightly due to:
- Monitor or display settings.
- Camera lighting used during product photography.
- Screen resolution differences.
Wash Care:
Please follow the wash care instructions mentioned on the product tag to maintain the product’s quality. We are not responsible for any damage caused due to incorrect washing methods.
6. Policy Amendments
Ranisatiya Creation reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of this policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
