Eligibility For Returns :

• Exchange requests will be accepted only for items with genuine manufacturing defects.
• In case you find any defect, kindly notify us within 2 days of receiving the item
• A complete 360-degree unboxing video must be provided to process and approve the return request.

Return Process :

• If the return is accepted by our team, the customer should dispatch the product back to our Location Bhiwani, Haryana.

Conditions For Returns :

• Returns will not be accepted for products liked or disliked by the customer.
• Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings. Such variations are not eligible for return.
• Minor dyeing imperfections, such as thread holes, are a natural feature of Bandhani and Gotapatti handwoven products and will not be considered for returns.

Important Notes:

• Ranisatiya creation reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspicious transactions. A full refund will be processed in such situations.
• Shipping Damage Policy: Ranisatiya Creation ensures secure packaging and dispatch through trusted courier services. If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should refuse the parcel and contact our support team immediately.
• Customers must submit return requests within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by all original tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
• Returns are not applicable for customized products, including size alterations, butta or embroidery modifications, and sale items.
• Genuine return requests submitted within the given time period along with proper unboxing video proof will be accepted. However, false allegations, misuse of consumer rights, or unreasonable demands intended to harass the brand may result in legal action.
